Our searches have come back from the solicitor & I'm concerned about one search from the British Geological Survey. It's gives a high hazard score for susceptibility to shrink swell related subsidence.
We are buying in London & it's clay rich soil. DH tells me all of the area we are looking in will be impacted but I'm anxious about it.
