Hi fellow mumsnetters, does anyone live in Edmonton N18 (Tottenhall area around Wolves Lane) or knows it? Would love to hear good or bad thoughts on it as an area - the bit south of the north circular and west of the A10.
We are rapidly outgrowing our small flat in Bounds Green as a family of 3 and are considering our options for moving to a house while
still keeping our daughter at her local primary - feeling pretty priced out of the area with a £575k max budget and rising interest rates, but can see some houses coming up around £520-£550k mark and away from the drama our local low traffic neighbourhoods seem to have created!
am booking in viewings but always great to hear opinions on that rather specific area from those in the know (Not wider Edmonton/Edmonton green ie north of the north circ before anyone asks)
