so we are in a chain free purchase, offer accepted 19th July - searches back no issues with them etc, we have received fittings form & other paperwork last Thursday, we were told when contracts are due for signing they will be sent to us, when we spoke to EA as they wanted an update they said this should take a week, is this accurate? once we have this paperwork received to sign are we on the home straight? all that happens after that is exchange & completion?
