Ikea Brimes daybed

Hello

does anyone have the IKEA Brimes daybed?
wondering if it’s comfy and if it will last well.
We are looking at this rather than the Hemnes as it’s a very small room so needs small furniture!

We put a mattress topper on the one we had, but it was only an occasional use thing.

I suppose it depends on what mattress you put on it. I have had a brimnes bed for almost 9 years (not daybed though) and my kids have the hemnes daybed about a year. You can't open their drawers all the way so it's a bit annoying as stuff gets lost at the back . Mine open almost all the way. I'd check that on the brimnes daybed if in store if it would bother you.

Will the head of the daybed be against the wall? The pillow will prob keep falling off otherwise.
