Has anyone had this done recently and can advise on the cost/how long it took etc.? I’m looking to prep my 3 bed semi for the winter!

I just wanted to warn that if you live in 'an area of driving rain' (wind-driven rain, basically) it's unsuitable, as it can mean penetrating damp into the insulation. Mostly, that means coastal areas or the south-west. We're in the Cotswolds, we live in the foot of one of the major hills, and it would be totally unsuitable for our area. Yet it's recommended in the eco report.

I had this done 15 years ago, I can’t remember the price. As I recall it only took a few hours, no mess left. We have had no damp or mould, and live in the South West, had no idea it wasn’t a good idea in the SW, but we haven’t had any problems with it.
