If you recently got a Howdens kitchen - which range did you go for?

Thinking of a Howdens kitchen but can't decide whether to go for the 'budget' range (Greenwich) or stretch to he mid range. Obviously I don't know the price for either yet as they don't publish their prices!? Am booking a design appointment tomorrow.

Which range did you go⁶ for? Mid or low? Is there much difference in quality between their ranges?

Would be grateful to hear your opinions on your new Howdens kitchen and the prices/quality.

Thanks in advance

Problem with Howden is that they are trade only. If anything goes wrong with the fittings, and they’re out of guarantee, it’s difficult to replace unless you can persuade someone with a trade account to purchase on your behalf.

Yeah I'd heard that. I've already got a fitter/builder with a howdens account so would that make a difference maybe?

We had a Howdens Chilford kitchen installed in March and we're very happy with the quality of it.

Is that the higher level range @SillyBub ?

It's their sale between September/October apparently. We went in over the weekend - just waiting to hear the price next week. Bit frustrating as if it's too expensive we need to start again and I would rather have known there and then.

I got a wickes kitchen last time we did a refurbishment (in old house in 2018) that was absolutely brilliant but our builder is convinced the howdens one would be cheaper

I have no idea (and I meant Chelford, not Chilford) but I wouldn't imagine so. I've lined at the website and catalogue briefly and can't see where they differentiate between the two but I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have gone top end.
