My underfloor heating in our 6 year old home seems to be warm. Although the controls have it on during the day all thermostats in each of the rooms are turned right down which has worked previously and was recommended by a heating engineer.
The timer controls are a nightmare and engineer said just turn the thermostat in each room to control yet the floor seems very warm.
