Ball-park figure for air con in a small modern end of terrace three bed house?

Just seen a post on my local facebook asking about air conditioning units and it got me thinking. What is a ball-park figure for our house. Only really interested in lounge and a couple of the bedrooms, but haven't a clue how much we would be looking at?
Someone tagged a company facebook. The company doesn't have a website, but does have a facebook page with photographs of the jobs they have done. Would this put you off a company? Thanks

Where do you live, OP? If you live in the Birmingham area, I can recommend someone who did mine. I don’t live in a terraced house however I have installed air conditioning recently.

For the AC & installation, it was ~£2,100 for my bedroom only but it’s a split unit so can connect several air conditioning units to the one mains. It’s not as expensive as you think to run. I have a Bosch 300i. Wonderful.

in a standard terraced house, it should be possible to get an aircon unit put in the attic with vents into the bedrooms below. if you keep the internal doors open, the cool air will sink down the stairs to the rest of the house. So there is no need to install it in the lounge as well. I grew up in the USA where temperatures regularly reached 35-40 C and we only had aircon in the bedrooms.

Thank you. It's not as expensive as I envisaged, but will need some thought.
Not in Midlands, sadly @Kualma as a personal recommendation would be reassuring.
I like the idea of unit in the attic with vents @parietal
