we have a solicitors who use Digital move - we started uploading docs on 20th July received some more requests to send more docs/ID which we have done, its been 2 weeks since then, searches have been ordered 26th July, as impatient as I am i called for an update today as they said we get an update every Friday, didnt get one last week so I have just been told, funding checks are still to be reviewed etc and other documents, searches can take up to 4 wks, fair enough on that but surely just over 2 wks is enough to review all docs!? I am just wondering if searches close to coming back they then decide to request more stuff and then delays things? Am I just being inpatient or should I be giving them more of a kick up the backside?
