Has anyone used the Taylor Wimpey easy mover scheme they offer?
Do they sell your house below market value?

Has anyone used this scheme and have any feedback?

We tried it, they didn't sell it in 6 weeks. We put our house in the market ourselves and it sold in 3 days above asking price.

It was below what we expected. Tbh I'm glad now because we didn't end up buying a TW house and I've heard a lot of horror stories about them.

We did it years ago and it was fine. We reduced the price of our house slightly but they paid removals, legal fees and agent fees so it worked out.

We have since moved from the TW house because we didn’t like having estate management charges. Join the hornet group on Facebook if your new estate has charges. You might change your mind about buying a new build.
