I've just had a loft conversion with south facing velux windows. I'm looking at ways to the reduce the sun and heat coming through the windows.
Does anyone have the velux (or similar) awning blinds? Do they really help reduce heat more than a blackout blind?
The velux energy blind seems to be more for keeping the cold out so I'm worried they would make the problem worse.
Any other suggestions welcomed.
