We're having a nightmare getting an in person valuation carried out in a property we've offered on. It's been 14 days and the lender is claiming they can't get access despite the estate agent saying access hasn't been requested.
So far I've given the estate agent details verbally to the lender. I've uploaded them on the conveyancing portal that we're using. I've emailed them to the lender. The estate agent has emailed them to the lender. Most recently I've sent a joint email to the estate agent and lender to see if that would work but now I'm not getting a response on email or phone.
Does anyone have any advice to help speed things up? I'm worried the seller will pull out as they were looking for a quick sale.
