Victoria Plum Bathroom

I've got a fairly standard size bathroom (3 bed terrace). Needs a new bathroom. Standard, bath with shower over, loo, sink.

Anyone used Victoria Plum? What do you think? How accurate are their costings? Any hidden extras I should look out for?

Yes we've used them before and they were good. Just be careful with delivery as if you want them to actually bring it inside your house and not leave it on a palett on the pavement that costs extra and you must tick the box at check out. But apart from that the bathroom furniture we got was decent and lasted well xx

I think ours was from there and it’s been great.

The only time I have ever bought anything from them was a loo seat.

I measured the loo

I bought the seat that said it was the right size.

When I got it and tried to put it on the toilet it fell short by about 5cm

I called their. Customer Service department to ask if I had been sent a different model of toilet seat as it didn’t measure by no stretch of the imagination the size it was supposed to measure.
I was told that I had the right toilet seat and when it said it is X cm in length that actually meant it was Y cm long

I sent it back and haven’t got anything from them again

It was the person I was speaking to who just didn’t see anything wrong in putting a different measurement on the website

We've used them before. They were ok. Personally found Victorian Plumbing better in both value and quality.

In my experience the products are fine but any issues that need to be resolved or after sales service is completely non-existent. They have deliberately removed all phone numbers from their website so you're forced to comminucate with bots or agents on chats, and the problems never get resolved. I'll never use them again, horrific service.
