Cctv device offline!!!

I've got CCTV but it won't let me view it on my phone anymore!! Says device offline!!
It's working on my Tele, NVR, whatever you call it has this happened to anyone else before???

When this happened with ours I just switched off Wi-Fi on my phone for 2 min then switched it back on and all was good! Silly but have you tried that? Or restarting your phone?
