Boilers. I’m in process of upgrading, has anyone applied for governance grants?

Bought house 3 years ago. Have rented it out last few months and the pilot keeps going out. So am looking to have the boiler replaced and upgraded. As I’ve been told it’s over 25 years old.

I don’t have enough savings to purchase outright. So I’m looking to see if there is help available.

just wondering if anyone else has applied for a grant recently and is it an easy process?
