Moving to Ewell bypass

Hi,

I am thinking of buying a new apartment in the development under Ewell bypass. I am moving from Sutton. My son is 2 years old so the things which I am concerned about is the area, schools and crime. When I checked on crime checking website it says high crime rate in the area.

My husband works in the city and there is good connectivity.

Can someone please advise?

I don't know if that well but i'm surprised at the crime rates as Sutton is very low so assumed it would be similar. Does it say what type of crime?
