Caulk, silicone or something else?

I've painted my bathroom ceiling and the paint has bled through the masking tape onto the grout in many places so it looks a bit of a mess.

How would be best to rectify this? Can I use caulk over the grout or would something else be better suited.

The area covers the usual bathroom walls plus a shower.

You could go round it with a thin bead of silicone, masking tape the tiles and try and match the colour of the ceiling? You can get lots of different colours nowdays.

or get a fine paint brush and just paint the grout with the same paint as the ceiling? That should take your eye off it.

i wouldnt use caulk around a bathroom ceiling due to steam.

I would paint the caulk/ silicone

If you use decorators caulk then you can paint over it if you need to.
