Crack in individual karndean tile

Hi all

Just noticed a crack in one of our karndean tiles (laid by previous owners). Not a scratch, an actual chip where the top layer of the flooring has chipped away and you can see the brown cement (?)underneath it.

Has anyone ever had an individual karndean plank replaced and what was the cost?
Thankyou

I've had square Karndean tiles replaced in my kitchen, the fake slate type. I needed to have three replaced where a heavy object had been dragged over them and scratched them badly. I couldn't just buy a few tiles, I had to buy a full pack (I think 8 or 10) so it was a bit pricey but not really too much trouble to get it done. They looked a bit 'new' for a few months but were fine after that and blended in with the others.

Similar situation with Amtico tiles. We had a couple that were scratched after moving furniture. Bought a pack and replaced them and you wouldn’t know where they were now. There are spares for any future mishaps.
