How long to remortgage

Not sure where to post this! I recieved an offer for a remortgage from the lender electronically today. Apparently a hard copy for me to sign and return should follow imminently. How long is it likely to take for the funds to be transferred? The property has already been valued.

Hi, just wondering how long this took as we are just at the same stage now of having the remortgage offer.

No, I had a text the other day saying they were now completing final legal checks and would he in touch if they needed anything else from me. Still no completion date.
