next door has had a fence put up along my brick wall that's ok i don't mind ,,,but they have cut pieces out of my wall caps along the top of my wall to put the posts in ,,the wall is attached to my house so it is my wall on my deeds built in the 1900s

They can't do that without your permission!

The damaged caping will mean that the rain runs down the wall and the bricks below become damaged and spalled over time so the damaged cappings need to be replaced by your neighbours.
