Changing estate agents/Rightmove listings

I know if a property is taken off the market you have to wait 14 weeks before it can be put again as a ‘new listing’ is this the same if you can estate agents does anyone know? My property comes to the end of its 20 week contract in August. If it hasn’t sold by then (unlikely) I am taking it off the market and would relist with a different agent in early September but should I wait the 14 weeks to give myself the best chance ? I’ve had well over 20 viewings and 4 second viewings but no offers. The price has been reduced from 500K to 450K and is now 400K. Two other estate agents have valued it in the range of 450K. I get very little feedback from my EA. Thank you for reading.

Wow sorry to hear it’s been a struggle to sell.
I have seen ones on rightmove have a new estate agent and it say new listing less than a week after changing x

No. You can with the new agent as soon as your old contract ends. Why don't you ask them about the rightmove thing? I'm sure they have ways around it.
Plus if you are in a popular area it might not last long enough to get on rightmove!

Thank you that’s useful to hear. I’ve been trying to edit my post too as I mean I think it’s unlikely it will sell. I guess I’ll wait it out and see what new estate agent advises. Thank you for replying.
