Advice needed - Solicitor not response to my email at all

I am a first time buyer and have purchased a property. The completion date is in Apr 2022. In early Jun, my solicitor sent me an email about the completion of registration to the HM Land Register and asked me to check the correctness of the filed registry. I find that the completion date is in Feb 2022, which is not correct. It seems to be a mistake made by my solicitor office. I replied to my solicitor about this, but there is no response from him for 2 weeks already. I have emailed him 3 times already. What can I do? How can I correct the HM Land registry information?

Moreover, I also wonder if the SDLT form's transaction date is returned correctly. In my reply email, I asked my solicitor about it and requested a copy. But so far there is no response from my solicitor. How can I check about it?

In a property purchase, is it normal that the buyer has the returned SDLT form for reference? Did you receive a copy in your purchase?

Your advice on how to deal with the above problems is much appreciated.

Thanks and Regards

Try ringing the Solicitor or his Secretary.

Yeah you need to phone.

I would ring them.

I had this once with solicitor doing our wills. Emailed them to us for checking, I made couple small changes and then emailed back. Heard nothing for weeks.
When I rang it transpired his secretary had emailed them to us and then left shortly afterwards and her email account was no longer used so he'd never received them🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks all for the suggestions. I am very happy today that I receive a reply from my solicitor. My solicitor has correctly returned it. The error was by the HM Land registry and should be able to be fixed. I feel released now. :)

Good news, we had to wait a while for a land registry form.
