Getting builder back to fix issues

Over the winter we had work done on the house, finished off with laying a patio. It's unfortunately got a dip right by the back door meaning there's often a puddle. Meaning we track wet in every time we go to the bin or let the dog out. Of course a few months later they've now gone awol, not answering calls etc. Where do I stand on getting them back? Do I just cut my losses and get someone else in to fix? There are also 4 loose slabs.

You'd be very lucky to get them back.

Do they have reviews anywhere? You could post there and say you can't get through to them. Maybe they will answer you?

This is what the small claims court is for. It's dead easy to raise a claim, and you're highly likely to win. Just the threat of it might be enough to get your builder back.

Worth an ultimatum?
