Hiya , new to this I have a question and don't know who to ask , so here goes. I'm selling a property ,the next door neighbour has a son who visits and stays over who has mentor health issues he shouts in her garden quite loud swears etc , I have spoken to her about it and she tyres to stop him , I have never called police etc , I have been told by estate agent I have no need to declare it on conveyancing forms . What do you think anyone had any experience in this sort f this , I've been her 10 yrs .

It’s not a dispute is it? So no, you don’t need to declare it imo.

No you don’t need to declare it and you shouldn’t if you want to sell

As he doesn’t live there, and as you have not involved the police or made any formal complaint e.g to the council, it isn’t a dispute. No, no need to declare it.

No, I wouldn’t disclose as it’s not a dispute.
