General diy work , some plumbing , taps need replacing , toilet seats realigning , sensor lights putting up , doors need fixing , curtain tracks tightening .

no cowboys or silly prices . Honest worker . On a budget

The price is now £30 an hour here in the north
it was £15 in about 2017 and went to £20 during 1st lockdown

so up to £30 an hours would not be a silly price. More in London

Thank you . Tradesmen keep coming in , giving me different reasons why hot water not coming from two sink taps both in bathrooms . some say just washer needs changing , some say whole taps , some say , taps inc new flex system with taps on them to isolate water .

plus toilet stopped flushing . Neighbour took out diaphragm , now can’t find right replacement . 25 years old style .
