Under the stairs loo cost

As the title suggest. Anyone had it done recently and is happy to share? The opening already exists currently houses washing machine, boiler etc. boiler getting moved anyway so no extra cost on that 😊

How far away is it from existing soil pipes from other toilets in the house?
