I'm looking to convert our (detached) garage into a room and have NO idea what it should be costing.
It'll need the garage door bricking up, a new window (the window 'hole' already exists, but the existing window has blown), boarding and insulating, plastering, and the floor insulating.
It already has electricty, so only minor work needed there (just a couple of extra sockets adding).
We're in a cheap bit of the north west, if that changes things much.
Any ideas, wise ones? 😊
