Moving to Grantham ( help)

Hey mamas

I am very confused so I am hoping that some of you might help me.

I recently put in an offer on a property in Barrowby gate ( Grantham) however, the property does not have secure fencing because it’s on a corner plot. I think I had put up high fence, if I leave some meters between the road and the garden?

due to not being sure I saw another property on Harrowby ( Grantham) which I am thinking of viewing tomorrow.

which of these areas would you recommend? Or would you say they are both nice areas?

I chose Grantham due to the easy access to London as I may still continue working in London, although I would not be travelling to london daily.

thanks a lot

Hi, I used to live on Barrowby Gate estate so I'm a little biased, miss my house there. Both are nice areas though, so depends what you want. I used to need A1 access so being that side of town was more desirable for my situation, but both are similar distance to the centre / train station (harrowby probably a little further to station).

Thanks a lot for your response. Do you know YORK Way in Barrowby? I prefer the house there but I heard that Dysart road is not a good area and it’s close by.

thanks alot for your time.
regards

I used to walk the dog down that way. It's pretty quiet. Dysart road isn't great itself but you'd be far enough away not to notice it or be affected by it - I used to live a similar distance from it near to the little Tesco and never had any bother. Plus the worst parts are the other side of Dysart Road. Nowhere is obviously crime or noise free of course but I wouldn't be too bothered by it.
