Are there any decent tenanted property buyers?

I am a very, very long-term landlord. I have ended up with very long-term tenants but it would be good to pay mortgages down and retire.

Are there any decent routes for selling with tenants in-situ? I know you can't guarantee outcomes, which is why I'm very wary of doing this but thought I'd actually check.

I know I can go look for specialist discussion groups but I want to ask here first.

My preferred option is to sell to the tenants but I think they're waiting for a property market crash.
