We're selling our flat and there's a couple of jobs our buyer wants quoting for, they're quite big jobs and I think the idea was we either get those jobs done before they move in, or we knock the cost off the sale price. The problem is we've been in touch with so many builders including a couple the estate agent recommended and most of them are too busy to even come round and look. The two builders who came to look in order to quote, never gave us the quote and have ghosted us it seems, we can't get through to anyone. Is this normal in this country at the moment? We would be happy to knock money off the sale price but we can't even get a ballpark figure off anyone.
