Clifton, Nottingham. Anyone know of a 2+ bedroom house for rent?

DD who is 21 is having a really hard time finding a house to rent.
she has passed all the affordability tests etc, but still no luck.
I would have put this in the local site, but that has not been used since 2020.
its not just her, she has a partner who is in full time (from home) employment

I presume she's tried Rightmove. Could she get in touch with local agents and ask to be given a heads up. Does it have to be Clifton? There much nicer areas!

Is she looking for a private rental- what budget? Most houses in Clifton are 3 bedroom I think. She could extend the area a bit to include Silverdale, Wilford too.

She is at university p, Clifton campus.
she has tried all the agents and checks right move daily.
I think they would prefer 3 bedrooms as he works from home and it’s her final year next year.
