They are for a sideboard where the cupboard door is inset and a little heavy. The hinge sits on the inside of door, and the frame directly next to the door, not on the side. This means that the hinge needs to go back on itself, from sitting at a flat 180 normally, to being at 270 ish when open. The hinges I'm finding go inwards, not out.
The hinge itself is about 70mm long.
