Weber render

Hi all. Just had our extension rendered in Weber monocouche. Builders struggled to get the colour we first wanted but assured us that Ivory would be a good replacement. It’s gone on and we hate it! They themselves said it’s much more yellow than the guy at the render place told them it would be. We said we wanted an off white, nothing yellowy. They say the render guy has told them it’s just because it’s not fully dried yet. My question is - has anyone had their house rendered and how long does it take to reach its final colour? Does it dry lighter? Does anyone have any pictures of their houses in Weber ivory? Thanks

It's Ivory which is very yellow. Look at the colour chart below. Even Chalk which looks white on this chart actually appears warm and creamy in certain light. I expect you wanted Silver Pearl.

TBF your builder could have sourced something from elsewhere... There's no shortage, but they probably get rates and have an account with their regular merchant. It was crap advice that is was more or less the same shade.

Will it dry lighter... minutely so. But It will still look like light yellow, because it is.

Ecorend is popular now... The merchants near me now stock it instead of Weberpral. There are plenty of other manufacturers though... K-rend being well known but plenty of others too.

This is why don't accept builders suggestions without checking myself. Sorry OP.
I found that a lot of builders 'it'll do' or 'you have to go with this' options weren't acceptable to me.
I have the same hang ups with off whites v creams etc.
can you live with it as it is?
not sure where you would stand if you agreed to go with the alternative colour.
