Dear All,
I'm a 1st time buyer. However straggling with choosing an area. Would really appreciate any input or personal experiences that you had. So far i identified several areas where my budget can still starch to freehold house with garden to extend and grow in the future.
Areas
1.Brentwood & Chelmsford (Essex)
2.High Wycombe - on Penn and Beaconsfield side (i read Central HW is not good for single lady, especially in the evenings)
3.Orpington (Bromley became too pricey in last couple of years)
Budget £400,000
House - 2bed with garden
Commute - to London daily Mon to Fri
Live alone so safety is important.
Mostly I'm worried that i will feel lonely if i move out too far so ideally would like a nice town feel, safe area, mix of young professionals and family.
