How long from going on market to receive offer?

I know this is a how long is a piece of string question and dependant on many variables but curious to know others experience.
We are in a mediocre area of a sought after area if that makes sense, house priced reasonable with larger than average garden, off road parking etc.
week 1: lots of enquiries, 4 viewings, feedback was 2 not interested, 2 ‘maybe’.
Too soon to feel deflated?

It's variable. We sold last year and it took six weeks from going on market to getting an offer, with one price drop after four weeks. We only had one offer and the viewings had pretty much dried up by then (but this was heading into November).

We're in the middle of buying - house appeared online on the Mon, we viewed on Thurs and had offer accepted Fri.

Have you had any useful feedback?

Thank you @RidingMyBike , sounds like a nice swift buy so far….

feedback has been
2 x nice house, have others to view
2 x no thanks don't like the road

the road is mixed ex-LA and private, some scruffy some ok, we expected this to be an issue, its priced to reflect this.

I wont give up hope just yet then 😬 need to be more patient.

We were 16 days from going online and full price offer x
bungalow that’s 3 bedrooms however one goes off to a conservatory. Really nice garden and conservatory which is def the selling point!
we had a lot of viewings the first week and started to get disheartened as everyone loved it but just not for them as such. So really happy when we got an offer! Got an offer the next day too x
days Felt like weeks!

Three days from going on to six offers. But I was selling a decent one bed flat which are like hens teeth round here.

We now have an offer 2 weeks after going on the market. Marginally under asking price but pleased. Now the finger crossing 😬😬
