Hi,

What are your opinions on colourful houses? Im really tempted to paint my house pink but worried about the long-term.

I think the location/surrounding area and properties need to be taken into consideration, but I love them. I wanted to paint our house pink but got a big fat NO from DH 🙄

I love colourful houses. One house behind mine is red and the other is yellow. There is a punk one further up the road. The end house on my terrace is blue. I'm wanting to paint ours red but haven't found the right shade yet (it's currently a boring sandstone colour). Go for it if it's the colour you want and will suit the house. All of the houses round here are rendered 1930s terraces

Ok for house to be painted in pastel shades if by seaside.
