Neff oven telescopic rails.

I've just cleaned my oven using the pyrolytic programme. All good, except I cannot reattach the telescopic rails to the shelf supports. I've got the manual in front of me, but I can't bloody do it!! Where am I going wrong?

whenever I've done this it's because I'm putting them in the wrong way round. Swap left-right and try again? When they go in, they go in easily on our oven.

Thanks for replying. The rails are labelled L/R, so should be foolproof, but not in my case it seems. I can't find any vids on you tube either...
