So I was watching some repeats of Property Ladder, and realised that SB always knows what she is talking about. Every issue, whether it is whether a toilet should be placed in a bedroom, or whethter single glazing is inappropritae for High Street, Kensington.

Does anyone else lookup to her as a sort of demigod? Just amazing.

I always enjoyed her no nonsense attitude on Property Ladder but I'm not interested in seeing her getting work done to her own house. I prefer seeing renovations done to more normal houses with lower budgets.

Not really, I mean she's OK. I can't remember when that programme about her house renovation finished but given the state we're in with people really struggling, I don't think it would be too popular now!

I'm sure she has a team of writers, researchers, trade experts etc to make it look like she knows everything and we only see what she wants us to see. Like when she disagrees with the owners about some design detail and is ALWAYS right (and huffy when they don't listen to her).

Almost as if the programmes were edited and put together long after filming.
