Just hoping for some opinions/ideas on what might work.
We are planning on doing a 2 storey side extension to give us 2 extra bedrooms upstairs and downstairs a utility, shower room and storage.
The kitchen is a kitchen diner but not one of the bigger types. The kitchen is currently longer than the dining room by around 1 m. Would you add the extra 1m to the dining area to make it the same size, add something along the lines of a warm roof conservatory or just save more and try and make the whole kitchen and dining room bigger? At the moment the dining bit has a lot of toy storage, a small sofa and a dining table for 6/8 people. I'm maybe hoping we can add more of a proper sofa area with a tv. We do have a separate living room which we would like to keep separate.
