I would like to have the walls plastered, new electrical sockets, new flooring (floorboards also need looked at once the old flooring is up), window sill, coving and skirting boards replaced - I guess coving and skirting after plastering, but does window sill need done before?
I know electrics are best done before plastering but I’m not sure on furniture placement yet. Would it be a disaster to get it done after? The electrician has a plasterer working with him but obviously won’t be perfect.
