What to put over patio doors to stop neighbourhood cat coming in

I have looked at magnetic fly screens but they are all too small.

A neighbourhood cat is terrorising my cat who now won't go out barely at all but the neighbourhood cat likes to come in the house if we leave any door or window open. We can't have this as my cat will have no "safe space". Not great in the summer as would really like to leave our patio door open if possible and be able to go to and from the garden. It's a large sliding patio door.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

Sliding fly screen.

They're standard in Australian houses, but I'll bet you can get them in the UK.
There you go.
And a supersoaker for the intruder.
