Bigger Shed : wood or concrete (pic)

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right forum. My current shed is stocked up to the eyeballs and I'm thinking about a larger one. I dread going into mine these days :

What are the pros and cons of a concrete one?
Would you remove the bay bush?
Do I need planning permission?
How much would it cost?

I sortof want something I can comfortably walk into and get stuff out.

Hi @Seeline, thanks for this. So I can't decide about concrete or wood? I'm a single parent with girls so I quite like the idea of a very pretty shed! But do you have to get builders to set it up? Is it an expensive process?
