I'll start with they are the bane of my life 
So I pay £160pm (mortgaged apartment)
They have now said there is a deficit and they want £450 from me within 30 days. Being a min wage earner and bog standard human, I can't pull that out of thin air
I've been going though the charges. There are two blocks of apartments, mine which is 4 apartments, and a big one on another road which is maybe a block of 20
The charges include £££ for bulk waste removal. We haven't had any. So in effective we are paying for the other block when they dump rubbish! Same with general maintenance. I haven't seen anyone do anything for years. Same with door entry system
Any idea on who I could speak to (apart from the management company) to get help with this? I'm mostly going with it's not my fault they've overspent, why aren't they looking for cheaper providers like the rest of the U.K. is having to do, and why are we paying for the issues on the other block?
