I was wondering if anyone on here has purchased a home through gatehouse bank home purchase plan? and If yes how was your experience and would you recommend it? thank you

I had a look and their interest/“rent” rates seem really high in comparison to the mortgage market, and interest rates are going up so likely rent rate will too.

@BakeOffRewatch hi thanks for your response. for religious reasons we would want to stick with them despite their higher rates. it's been 6 weeks since we have applied and still waiting for our finance/mortgage offer was wondering if other peoples experience was also this long and if it got approved or rejected
