Bit of a thick question, but I am genuinely confused 😐 I am ending a tenancy on 1st June 2022, tenancy began on 2/03/2020.
Made a payment of rent in advance (as is standard) and then at the end of each month onwards, so first payment after the advance was made 31st March 2020. Does that mean I pay for my last month (this month) ? Estate agent who is rude and unhelpful also could not give me a convincing response. Keep going round in circles
