What do you think happened to the floors in this house?

Front room red carpet and loft bathroom. Both have very stained floors but the ceilings look ok. pic here

It was a lovely little place before , flooding and maybe just left after that

It looks lovely in the 2017 photos but I do note they only show the living room, bathroom and kitchen. No upstairs or the other downstairs room.

If its flooded once it could happen again but I think it could be a burst pipe type flooding rather than the rainwater but I'd be checking the Environment Agency flood maps
