Hi everyone, we are looking to move to a village within 10 miles of these two towns our son lives in Grantham and daughter in Spalding ( she is likely to move in the next few years) youngest son in Stockport. We are also in Spalding but have not settled over the last 6 years that we have been here and are looking to move but be close enough for the eldest two children especially as our daughter is expecting her first child in September. We have done a few drive around to get an idea of where we like and Harlaxton and Helpringham seem to fit us, village community, shop, pub, activities etc. We think our house will sell for 300 to 325k and are prepared to add around 75k to that budget. Would really appreciate any feedback/ recommendations from people who love in the area and may be able to suggest other places. TIA.
