Moving to Cookham

Hi all,

We have had an offer accepted on a lovely house in Cookham. We will be moving there from the outskirts of West London. We have a 3 and a half year old and a baby due any time now 😁

We are still trying to move!! Our sellers solicitors are very slow sadly but hoping to complete at the end of August. From everything we've seen it looks absolutely lovely!

Where do you live currently? Do you have any kids?

Sorry just saw this! We’re now set on Marlow and trying to sort a rental to try before we buy. We have 3yo and a 1yo :). Hope your move is going ok? :)

Hi both,
Sounds like I'm in a similar situation and would love to hear more about your experiences. We have a 14 month old and are starting the process of trying to sell up in West London and are looking at places in Cookham. Am a bit nervous as have visited and liked it but don't know the area well.
Any recommendations on the best areas to be looking? Would love to hear any insights and what has made the move work for you :)
