Hi i am bidding on property and im 2nd for local connection and a1 bed need will i be skipped for not having ground need even though i cant afford house and i have mental health

Are you bidding for a council property to rent or to buy as it's not clear from your post.

If you have poor mental health, maybe you should address this first before making a financial commitment. You mentioned not being able to afford the property, this will also impact on your MH.

It would be best to get some local advice on improving your MH & finances as with such little info in your post, it's hard to comment.
