Anyone know anything about this? We're planning to build a house on the site of an existing house. The current one is very old, decrepit, hasn't been lived in in the last 40 years or so, and has a big crack in one gable end. If we could renovate, we would, but I think it's a lost cause.
Building new - is there any way to re-use the existing (quite pretty) granite blocks? They're nicely shaped, no idea how deep they go, and it may well cost twice as much to do. If anyone has experience of this, would be most grateful for any tips.
